Endpoint changes aside, I think the unique criteria requiring full to near complete resection combined with lack of data on non-crossover, is problematic. The question about steroid use is problematic. The unexplained enrollment halt that presenters fail to ever mention is seriously problematic, that we don't yet know if long term survivors moved on to other treatments is problematic. The lack of a journal mention by now, as the company runs on fumes, is very problematic.
