Pgr, you know I absolutely respect what you offer in your posts; after all, you’re a lawyer! You don’t just play one on TV.

My original post was just an inquiry as quoted below. But the responses to it are very defensive, and seem to brush aside that the company has complained about naked shorts and AF for at least a decade, and have done absolutely nothing.

That $1 billion in market cap lost on 10/5 was expensive too, Better to light a lamp than to curse the dark.

Pqr, do you believe that NWBO might be concerned about their own risk in discovery, and that’s why they’ve been very slow in bringing litigation foreword?

Had it been me, AF and STAT would have been slapped with a lawsuit within 48 hours of 5/10.
