Don must have been put on the twelve hoop process by the Nasdaq. This is a combined effort of Don and the regulators so time is spent on both ends of the process.

He has 2 of the hoops (divys) done. I wonder how many extra of the old divys are needed ? HMMMMMM

The next hoop is the 12/31/06 Divy now in the hands of the regulators.

He has probably reported the necessary financials to GLEN to technically get on the pinks, but there must have been more paperwork involved. I am guessing that the financials went back years ? This might have been the reason it was hard to find the accountant willing to help him.IMHO
