What a joke all that talk is about form 4's. I have not sold any stock since 2016 and i only sold stock to pay TSOI's bills and in fact I have never been reimbursed LOL. Its always the same nonsense like Why don't they buy in the open market? Suppose i did, when can I sell? and can I take those proceeds and buy again and sell again and buy again and sell again like all of you or will a bunch of hooligans start screaming insider sales... not touching that with a ten foot pole. When I sell it will be under a quiet period and we are hardly in a quiet period..

I converted $37,400 in salary and Thomas was awarded some shares for some achievements the board wanted to recognize. Thomas is not an employee or officer. Thomas is a director. BTW the Company owes me more than $500k right now and I could have converted it all at 0.0099 two days ago couldn't I? But if you do your due you will find the company owed me that money when we were 0.0025 and even lower so I could have converted then too. 500k/0025 = 200m shares

Perhaps if we had a CEO w/ any true business acumen they might have thought of retiring said back to the treasury, even once. . It isn't like shareholders have not already funded his Idaho dream property after him trying/wanting said for 40 years. Wonder who stated that
