Thanksgiving is one of my favorite “eating” holidays.
One of the side dishes I like with my turkey is creamed onions. It used to be one of the easiest things to make too because Birds Eye used to have them in the frozen food section. Pop it into the microwave and voila!
Birds Eye hasn’t made them in years and I have tried a few times to make them myself. The onions are easy enough but I haven’t mastered the cream sauce.
Does anyone have a recipe for a white cream sauce for pearl onions?
