Yes, the company could use those shares to benefit the shareholders rather than just management. Unfortunately, they have a gun pointed at the company's head and will pull the trigger if anyone tries to right this travesty. There IS a way to get this done, but it is doubtful the company would survive. And anyone doing this would have to be a large street shareholder of the Company.

Soooooo......

That's a problem with Pinkies....the more a person invests, the more the company controls them.....
