Let me try and explain how construction takes time, for all who does not know. I own a company here in CT recently I bought a new warehouse, it took 7 months to get most done. It takes time to rewire, weld, build mezzanines, plumbing, heating, etc.....Now, my warehouse is pretty basic only for storing furniture. Just imagine what type of work they are doing? First they moved into a building that had to be changed for what they needed, their reactors, plumbing, wiring, transportation, storage, docks, etc......they have alot going on! It takes time.
