so AMC bought HYMC at $1.19/per share if we do $27.9M divided by 23.4M share and with HYMC down to .70 to .60 per share they lost about $8 Million of the initial $27.9M. But dont worry, dilution in APE share will help cover the lost with the help of hedgefund.
