2. Then I also told you that Gries and Associates (with Blaze at the Helm) represent multiple OTC Symbols Pink at QB. The are all, ALL showing Audited Financials on their OTC profile (except ENZC !) . Well who did replace after all Malone and Bailey (after Global company Eisner and Amper put out the last updated disclosure as I said in item 1 instead of MB and then the hand off with their approval to Gries and Associates.

3. Now I am telling you that another IMPORTANT piece of the puzzle is on the symbols in OTC that Gries and Associates represents. They are.. get ready SEC REPORTING , that is right U.S. Reporting : SEC Reporting . Folks that is huge to be SEC Reporting and gives a company the verification that they can be trusted on the information they provide . ENZC is not that yet , because they do not AUDITED Financials , but they will within a very short time . Once they become SEC Reporting then this gives the opening to FILE SEC REPORTS and that is what the Samsung, Twist, Intel , type companies want and need to see. They then become "REAL" in the eyes of the beholder.

4. Another Important Timeline is coming up into the Third week , and this the Period Ending Disclosure is due out (per Charles it will be ON TIME). It is for the period 9/30/22 and is due out Nov 15, 2022.

5. Also on Nov 14th,2022 is a DEADLINE to FILE in the SEC and it can only be done certain times of the Year . This is coming folks the stars are lined up, if one was to miss the PUBLISHED Deadlines for SEC Filings , they will have to wait months to do it again.

6. As I have said before , there is a REASON for each move , Legally , Timely and one can NOT do it , UNTIL THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, plain and simple which takes time. That is why Charles and team fired Malone and Bailey , brought in Global Specialist (as we know now) Eisner and Ampler with Steve H (item 1) and then handed it over to OTC specialist for Audited and SEC Reporting company Gries and Associates. They had to meet deadlines but it had to be done right . There are BIG DEALS and CATALYSTS waiting on this to happen .
