Thanks foxi... I think part of our problem is that all of the technical traders who used to trade this are staying away, which was proven by the fact that over the past 7-8 months, the RSI fell into the teens a few times, none of which resulted in the usual technical bounce/increased volume it should've brought with it.

I think the MM's have done such a number on this over the past 19+ months that nobody is taking the risk to jump back in until the muzzle comes off and Charles delivers something tangible to entice them (there's also a few ENZC self inflicted wounds in there preventing some from jumping in....ie football pulled away at the last second such as "HUGE news March," "Days to weeks," etc.....)

they don't drive any action on their own, except for technical traders who prioritize charts over DD.
