There we have it.... PUMA is not going to let this move up unless they don't have a choice (muzzle status ends, etc...) For today, it appears 048 is the artificial ceiling.

The problem/challenge here is that retail continues sitting on the fence, so there is no volume to stop them. They have another 2 weeks before the next short interest settlement date, so because volume is non-existent, they can afford to sell whatever it takes to hold it with zero risk... And instead of selling smaller lots at the ask, they'll sell just under (.04735 vs .0474) to keep the ask in tact. They do this all the time. (second snippet below). Of course it makes sense to sell for less than what's being offered... LOL..
