what trust are you referring to?....the only Trust I know of is the WMIL-T liquidating Trust as set up by WMI to pay creditor claims tom settle the chapter 11... is there another trust , where is it,?, who set it up? who is the beneficiary?...is this trust you refer to is the DST supposedly set up before the Receivership of WAMU?...if it is, then the money would accrue to the corporation, as creditor claims have already been paid, as well as equity...why would, or compel this trust to distribute more recovery, when releases were signed already, and claimants got their money?...is this scenario of future payments something you concocted from reading other message boards?...Lodas
