Exactly correct. AVXL emphasizes UP-STREAM (read root cause-preventive-medicine). This concept is going to take a while to catch on, IMO. But, it makes sense that the new wave starts w/Precision-upstream analysis, followed by the precise verification (measurement/confirmation through provision of objective evidence) coupled with Validation proof by process control.
