Sorry, that is not accurate. Both political parties have always supported clean energy. Even under a republican administration the solar energy credits continued. So to think anything would change with out clean energy policies if the administration or houses changed is not valid.

Sorry, the way appropriations work it would be nearly impossible to cancel money already allocated, especially without the President on board.

I fully expect both the senate and house to be under republican control soon, they will continue to support clean energy policies (just like they still supported solar) and that $10 Billion for hydrogen will still be used to build out infrastructure. I also believe they will start drilling for oil as well, we have a huge energy supply issue, and our economy needs all the solutions to resolve the problem
