The valuation of their land alone is worth over $12 million in real estate valuation in a 2022 real estate market.

It was valued at near $8 million in 2019.
But we know real estate values are up at least 50% more from 2019 to now.

And the $12 million in today’s value would go on their balance sheet under assets. It is just as good as $12 million in earnings (profit), and not just $12 million in revenue.

Their assets alone are worth at least $0.20 per share, and that doesn’t even take in to account any revenue yet, which we know is projected to be at least $20 million next year on their conservative projections.
