hdogtx, another thing you might try is to Google up someone who 'cleans' and resells shell companies, and see what if anything they can tell you about it. There are professionals that do nothing but deal with this stuff. This shell might remain forever dead because if someone tries to revive it there could be some old creditors who will want to jump in the picture. Who knows.
