"unprecedented conveyance of anger" is not exactly a good barometer regarding a sitting judge, nor is POOR IMPULSE CONTROL, or lack of emotional regulation

reflecting on what certain shareholders posted after last court proceedings, certain statements reverberate ~

~ "I have never been in any hearing where I have seen a judge as angry as she was about Rader not showing up"

~ "We sat there stunned- it was a "Holy Crap, we are screwed" moment. It was that bad."

~ "She was slamming them with questions she wanted Rader to answer.. ."

~ "During the judge's multiple tirades, which got so bad she had to sit back in her chair and rub her face.. ."

~ "the judge was not happy enraged
"

ARTICLE ~ Rader is now seeking admission—suggested he had lost confidence in the Court and its "judicial temperament"

web ~ according to the American Bar Association, judicial temperament means that a judge exhibits "compassion, decisiveness, open-mindedness, sensitivity, courtesy, patience, freedom from bias and commitment to equal justice."

an online lawyer ~ in fact, without it, the rest of a judge’s qualities are of no value to litigants or the larger public they are supposed to serve.
Judges who demonstrate anger (i.e. Noreika) or who lack patience is acting out of emotion which prevents clear and objective thinking and leads to rash decisions.

one would conclude that emotional regulation should be a basic quality, a pre-requisite and imperative requirement for a sitting judge.. .no ?
