I walk around the corner expecting to see some special event; ( a book signing by the author,

Those people in line have probably never held a book in their hands, or at best, read one within the last 10 years.

I recently upgraded from my wife's 12 year old cell phone to her 6 year old cell phone. The only reason was so that I could use whatsapp. She gets free phones with her operator every, well it seems, every 6 years, I get the leftovers, mostly because I DONT CARE I will never buy a cell phone.

Hey, I haven't bought a computer in 15 years. I just upgrade with free ones that people think are too slow and want to throw out.

AND NOW, the big thing here is fiber optic connections for internet. Everyone wants it. I Don't because I think the whole thing is some kind of scam.

So you have a FO connection to your house, so WHAT, your house isn't cabled with fiber optics, so while things might arrive faster at your house, they hit a brick wall and need to slow down to filter it into your wired house.

I suppose I don't understand the whole idea.
