Pay Johnson/Juneau privately in return for a very large stipend for the director of Crystal Wealth? Off the books, any books of course.
Perhaps Johnson paid you directly for your technology from the paid Crystal funds.
Where to and for what use was the Crystal Wealth money paid?
As I can recall Juneau was never an actual asset owned by MWR / MSX therefore any relation to Juneau re MSX would be in that Johnson was the conduit to these arrangements.
Juneau was a "project" with a small potential used to project some sort of possibility of revenue for MSX shareholders. If the project was materialized.

I wonder if there is any current activity by the legislators involved in attempting to recover funds for the investors of Crystal Wealth. ???
