Answer to my question: "when we have done the uplisting then the buyer will be able to buy".
Not really an answer unless one assumes that it is now true that they (Hong Kong/Southeastern Asia) cannot currently invest in "OTC PINK" stocks.
Hopefully we are close to the uplisting being completed. Not sure what else they are required to do.
