You traders need to pay real close attention to the language in that last press release. He initially had the patent assignee as himself, and now he is going to transfer the patent assignee to WLAN. That is HUGE !!!!!! The technology is definitely necessary, as the high frequency of 5G can't pass through trees or go around buildings. WLAN street lamp antenna technology needs to be everywhere because of this limiting factor of 5G.

Victor has slow played this for over a year, and I'm assuming he has done this to get most of the trade-able float in his/friends hands. I have watched huge buyers come in at random over the last several months and take out 10-20 million shares in a given day. I'm assuming that most of the trade-able float is in the hands of long term money.

If Victor really wants to drop a bomb, have him and all the affiliates cancel their shares in exchange for a fixed price debt, and cut down the size of the common outstanding. That will get the stock noticed by bigger money. He can always exchange that dept later at a higher price as the business develops, or compensate himself and the BOD/Affiliates with a stock compensation plan later.
