ONIRO, let me make an example:
Let’s say you are a Thief( not literally,) like George Clooney in one of his Oceans and you pull off the Biggest $30 Billion Dollar Heist in the World and you get away with it. Would you deposit all the money in the bank and draw negative attention or would you open up several Small Businesses and slowly claim small profits every (3) month for 40 years?(Not literal)
