Well not everyone hits lotto, and the casinos every once in awhile or that configured number pop up just to keep the heard coming lol , and as far as the waiting for five + years , here’s a story about a run down neighborhood by the waterfront broken down buildings and a consortium came in and made a deal with the city, which was we will take down all the buildings and fence off the property for the property at no cost , now most of the garbage which was tons taken away except for the bricks and they were laying on the grounds inside the fenced area Hence people of the night came,cut the fence and over time stole alllll the bricks ( free sanitation no charge for carting or dumps ) Six years later 2+ M waterfront townhomes, a mile long looking across to the city skylines n light .
