And if Brian had done things properly and not reverse merged into a bloated shell then he might be in a position to issue equity for cash to invest in the business.

Instead a great majority of the equity issuances diluting the stock are for Pref B conversions that result in ZERO cash to the business to provide capital to invest.

That was the “mistake” and frankly it is an ultimately fatal mistake for the stock.
