There are 4 or 5 regular posters, 2 of them mods who are continually taunting each other over 4 boards . back and forth over 4 boards. Most are very careful to use backdoor insults and pictures to taunt but not necessarily break the TOU in an obvious way
They continue to disrupt all 4 boards with their constant bickering and when anyone tries to do something about it their post gets deleted and some complain to iHub admin and nothing happens so the other normal posters on those boards eventually stop posting.

What is the procedure to get the 5 posters, especially the 2 Board mods that are involved to stop?
