It all depends on what THE Whale decides to do. Regular investors have not funded Zion to a sufficient level to support operations for about 2 years. Going back through the Qs and Ks to add up all the "Waiver Program" funds received versus total funds received will tell the story.

So, regular investors dropping from almost zero to zero if MJ02 is a bust doesn't mean much if THE Whale decides to fund MJ03. I don't know what motivated THE Whale to fund MJ02, but I suspect they will also fund MJ03 if there is a lack of regular investor interest to fund it.

The best case, of course, is that a discovery is announced and the pps goes up which will encourage regular investors to participate once again.
