One would presume that lightwave logic‘s technical team is well aware of the difference in wafer size. The 300 mm wafer is a prototype/proof of concept. I believe the PDKs are where the size difference and any performance issues get addressed and worked out.

There is nothing in the size factor that would indicate that the Perkamine would not work.

It would be clearly a well understood issue, at this point, if chromophores were not evenly distributed in the material and it was creating fabrication issues.
