Great info. I'm not selling. I added quite a bit more yesterday. It seems like others here did as well. So if the game is to shake retail I don't understand it because it sounds like more shares were added to retail hands.

And as far as the health of the housing market it's not predicted to repeat the 2008 scenario. Real estate prices have only fallen in the double digits twice . Once during the Great Depression and the other time during the Great Recession. There's a lot of money sloshing around. Home prices are expected to fall 5% but then rebound. There are a lot of people waiting on the sidelines to buy homes. That includes singles, young couples, and hedge funds that buy up homes. We're not going to see a big crash. So COOP is in a good position to keep delivering.
