The Carbon token.

Help me remember.

Big Henry was going to help some dude named Choky whip up a new token that was going to help combat climate change. From a press release dated 6 August 2021 ( https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release/2021/08/06/2276569/0/en/PHI-Group-Engages-in-Blockchain-and-Crypto-Technologies-in-a-New-Disruptive-Carbon-Mitigation-Initiative-through-Environmentally-Sustainable-projects-CO2-1-0-CARBON.html ):

...PHI Group will contribute a major portion of the development budget in exchange for 50.1% shares of CO2-1-0 (CARBON)...

I believe this actually happened, except that no government or any other authority actually embraced the token, thus what value could it possibly have? Well, apparently zero given its lack of trading. I was using https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/carbon-co2/historical-data/ to view this. Is that the right venue? I'm not too hip to this technology so perhaps not. I also tried https://www.digifinex.com/en-ww/trade/USDT/CO2 and that showed me the thing is turd too. Hmmm...

I wanted to review the details of the concept, but I cannot connect to the carbon website. Is it just me? I'm using https://co2-1-0.io/ but it just keeps timing out. Anyone able to view this?

A line item shows up on the balance sheet from most recent 10Q for PHIL:

CO2-1-0 (Carbon) Corp. Tokens - 400,000,000 issued @ $0.25/token 100,000

But what sense that does make? 400,000,000 @ 0.25 == 100,000,000 not 100,000. But anything times zero is still zero. I learned that in public school math class.

Finally, I thought I'd review its corporate status over there in Wyoming, but I see it is delinquent in its taxes. All so very troubling.
