Annual Shareholder's Meeting

I'm a long time lurker and infrequent poster. Is there no requirement for an annual shareholder's meeting? If so, does anyone know the exact SEC rules regarding this? And if I'm remembering correctly, they haven't had a 2021 meeting ? I apologize in advance if this has been discussed. I'm sure they'd like to have more to discuss but could they at least update the shareholders as to what is taking this journal article two lifetimes to get published. I'm long to the tune of 300,000+ shares but this is getting tiresome. C'mon LP & LG.
