But this latest annual report was enough to get them upgraded from Expert Market to OTC Pink Limited today. Wild swings in the price today on low volume! (High for SIGO) Fun to watch - see where it lands once the dust settles.

It's also been over a year since MCOA was to purchase ALL outstanding shares as an asset purchase but haven't seen any information on that since.

Does anyone know if that plan is dead or alive?
