The Global A Brands fraudsters, Billy O’Rourke, Tim Alford, Doug Post, Manny Lopez look to be pulling a scam similar to SMC and Genesis Financial Inc. an Australian company. SMC has Eric Blum as President, and he is also, CEO of JWPrice and a Pal of Timothy Alford. SMC also has the same securities attorney as Global A Brands, William B. Barnett. Barnett writes OTCMarkets "Attorney letters" for share selling scam penny stocks. SMC is loaded with convertible toxic loans some of them with Mammoth. They also do things like issue themselves shares in the name of their other companies.
