As far as I am concerned if one is to actively trade then one should not be too considered with the company only the "ticker" and its momentum and technicals. On the other hand an Investor might look only at the business of the company and invest accordingly adding to one's position over many years or at least many months with at the very least a 5 year time horizon for the company to advance.
I know you do not share my belief of Government and RA corruption. I think that is an unintended consequence of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act. Corruption unintentional invited by Statute.
The future of NWBO is connected to the less corrupted yet more chaotic UK MNRA. After the total failure of the FDA, CDC and NIH in the USA in relation to Sars Covid 2 one can measure the magnitude of the PDUFA in relation to that failure. It has been recognized for centuries that "The Ones Who Pay the Piper Calls the Tunes"
