If AMC released 5B APE shares to the market. AMC will be trading at $1 and APE will be trading at $.10 due to enormous dilution. Remember each APE share has the same voting power/weight as 1 AMC share even though AMC shares cost 3 times as much.
AA will be committing AMC Co. suicide if he released all 5B APE shares in one period/year. I think AA is planning to release the 5B APE shares over multiple years if needed. Depending whether the AMC can sustain their bills from sells of movie tickets or not?
Think about it.
