whether APE is pe-authroize 4.5 Billion share is true or not, than AA selling at a low price means there are more share coming so expect more downfall in PPS. if AA is already in the work of issuing 425Million shares then the 5 Billion share in plan is nothing. if he plan to issue up to 400-500Million shares at a time then APE will have its 5 Billion of shares in the market over the years if he plan to issue that much on a yearly basis if the debt maturity date has been extend into 2027.
