99.99% of deleted posts violated TOS in some way. The .01% can be appealed and Admin will restore them. Every once a while a moderator will abuse their position and Admin can remove them as moderator.

Mods don't control discussions. Anyone can say anything about a company, it's officers, as long as it follows TOS.

When posting, mods have to follow the same rules as everyone.

I guess what I was whining about was that there are certain individual board monitors get corrupted after a while and will not allow posts of dissent towards the stock and mask their ruthless removal of post as "Off Topic" and hide behind the TOU.

Whereas the few that then takeover control of the board learn how to throw insults without being too obvious about it and the moderators don't touch them.

Eventually the board belongs to 3 or 4 posters, usually of like mind, and all the others stop posting.

that's why I think the monitors should be monitored if they have too many removed posts, for example and maybe even have term limits

When I complain about removed posts by these corrupted monitors , the decision is always against me....why because somewhere I went against the TOU....even twice when I was promoting Happy Hour trying to get a group discussion going, my posts were removed
