My hunch (which is also an educated guess) is an EUA out of Israel. Not sure if an EUA is even required? Todos Botanical fell out of the sky which gave me a WTFo pause. Todos pivoting to CBD???? Nah, it's to provide an in-house production capacity for Tollovid/ir so not to be limited by cost, scheduling, and quantity of a third party manufacturer. It would be difficult for any company to respond to a Government contract with an IDIQ requirement. GC mentioned (from the many twitter posts) the possibility of an Israel contract for Israeli healthcare workers - Tollovid. Nerd Hemp was just the beginning.
