Gunnar, I think you are more correct than any so far this morning concerning the press release. It would be great if I am wrong and this new concept would sell a ton of tests but I am of the opinion that this release and the small cap comments are in the order of "fluff" to get the stock price up. They probably do not want to dilute below 50 cents and they need to have the price up to attract a placement.

The problem is that "fluff" doesn't hack it any more. To get the stock price up is going to take something much more substantial than wild self generated market projections of a billion dollars. I remember reading a press release from 2001 stating histo-recaf would address a 2 billion dollar market.
