That is a big pile of bullshit and you know it. There has been 120m of recent dilution. Steve reduced the share count early last year to pump up the share price, and has diluted the count right back where it was. Sure, it appears there has been minimal dilution if you look at points in time, but there have been some schenigans along the way. All IMO.
