Not yet, it is still too early for that move to be played out. First, NWBO must be secure and not vulnerable to attack and their goal readily in view. In the meantime they are gathering the info they will need.

No, not at all. He and they will likely be party to the suit(s) but like I said in an earlier post, AF and his media platforms will be bit players here. Those behind him will be the real parties that action will move against, such as the MMs and vulture funds and the biopharmas that likely sponsored them. AF was simply the visible face of the real attackers.

If LP is focused on the peasants that are “attacking this stock” at all, that is a huge problem, as it means she doesn’t have anything better to do with her time.

She has plenty to keep her hands full with the RAs of 4 countries for GBM, and preparing for future trials for combos, and for trials for solid cancers with Direct, and the management of the finances and management of the company. This is her focus now - not retribution for the shorts etc. That will come when they are ready.

I also anticipate a slow but accelerating rise in share price leading into the SNO timeframe in anticipation of what may happen at SNO and thereabouts ahead of the crescendo in the share price that will follow thereafter.
