Well it’s obviously not the same change in serum EPA levels from baseline to start

RESPECT already has high background serum EPA due to high fish diet … to which they are adding 1.8 gms of EPA ( Epadel.)

R-IT has low serum EPA baseline due to red meat diet to which they added 4 gms of EPA ( Vascepa)

Then of course there’s the MO placebo used in R-IT … but let’s not go there
