So giving away 3 million shares or $5 million shares or 7 million shares is detrimental to the company. But on the other hand... claims those shares aren't worth anything if this doesn't go through.

So therefore they're giving away worthless shares to get something, but then when it's worth something, some don't want to give them away.

Apparently some know everything about business and how to get loans and fund projects for nothing. If what said is true, we should put them as CEO. They could then wave the magic wand and have everyone deposit money for nothing!
