I will have already received $6.85 per share of the SPECIAL DIVI way before the Senate will have time to react to this merger.
Albertsons has already hired top of the line antitrust legal teams.
So a fight may ensue to allow this to be completed.

White & Case LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP are serving as antitrust legal counsel to Albertsons Cos.
