Not true at all. Sndd could deny settlement, since they are already set for court it wouldn’t matter, then see how things pan out. More than likely I would imagine if there was a settlement that Redhawk wanted, it’s certainly not what the lender has to offer, as the settlement is always a lowball. Once they get a ruling on just one of these cases presented beside the RICO case, all of the other lenders that stole money from us shareholders will more than likely consider making a legitimate settlement. I have always said this was business chess. The better player is the one with experience aka management.
Just remember these companies stole money from Redhawk. This is a really good company and Becuase of what “they” did…caused it to be defamed, and more than likely was the main reason this wasn’t moving higher. Thanks to our man, they got caught red handed. This company, without the crooked lenders, should have been worth a lot more in valuation and may have also prevented injuries at that same time thanks to these theif lenders. They stole from you, I, Redhawk, and a few people that should have had their flagship product in their facilities.
