During 2020 yes.


But 2022-2023….should not be an issue with staffing and as I imagined these cases are pretty cut and dry. Plus if lender fights this they will have to open their books to the courts which is something I doubt they would ever want.

I can’t be certain just more of experience with courts. If the defendant decides to push, it could take longer but the chances that they are NOT innocent is pretty much a given.
