August 31, 2021 Probility purchased Upstryve for 692,500,000 shares at the then price of $0.0149 per share. This is approximately $10.3 Million dollars. Those shares at todays price are worth $138,500. This is totally my opinion but I just cannot see a world where the shareholders of Upstryve are going to accept this. Again, totally my opinion but there has to be other things at play here we are not aware of. Typically, after an acquisition there is a lock down period where they cannot just dump into the open market.
I am completely frustrated with Managements lack of communication.
