First, The attentive reader would also know that, once the business is defunct, it is quite common for the website to be dismantled. I am sure that this one survived because of the continued use of the acronym GRPS. Otherwise, it is normal to remove any business specific material since the business no longer exists.
Second, I doubt that TAA has absorbed any responsibility for the CBD fiasco unless specified in writing in the terms of the reverse merger. You are referring to "promises" that Goulding made. I have not seen these documents so I can't say with any certainty what the terms of it are. If it is not in writing, it didn't happen.
