OK, hear me out. Does anyone think that it's possible that Sarissa has been manipulating the stock?

If they buy/sell less than 1%, they don't have to file anything. So they can fly under the radar.

1% = ~4M shares. So they could easily have been going long/short/running options to keep the price DOWN, in hopes of creating anger among shareholders, and doing it with less than 4M shares.

Maybe it's a stretch. I don't know.
