If someone paid the $50,000 and took VGTL the price would go up and they could sell a couple of shares to get that Money back plus some.
Doesn't make sense to me either.
But the problem here is what DiPrima told Kistler and that being he had a buyer. It doesn't take over 6 months to get wind of who the buyer is.
Something is amiss here!
DiPrima could do the right thing and announce who the buyer IS or simply that he sold the company if there was a NDA. But for some reasons I have a hard time envisioning Diprima doing the right thing.
