Obviously B/E argued that it was material information. What a legal team argues to a private conference organizer and what the SEC would argue to the DOJ are not the same.

My comment was based on what the SEC would argue.

CTAD is in the position of granting the B/E request or losing a high profile presenter that has one of the very few drugs that show some signs of being approved by the FDA for AD. Losing the B/E presentation would make CTAD less relevant.

B/E wanted to get the news out and get the publicity.
